Graham Cracker Crust
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 stick of butter
Melt stick of butter in microwave - app. 40 seconds. Add graham cracker crumbs and sugar- mix until moistened all the way through.
Use non-stick spray on tart pans. Place a few heaping spoonfuls of crumbs into pan. Press across the bottom and up the sides.
Bake at 375 for 5 minutes.
How snazzy are these pans? There is a removable disk that you bake the tart on, and you push it up to easily remove from the pan.
It can get tricky when you are assembling the crust though. A few times I failed to grip around the edges alone and accidentally pushed the disc upwards through the crumbs.
