I made these paw print cookies for a co-worker's son's graduation. He just graduated from Moon Area High School and will be headed to Pitt in the fall. Since I was doing a red and white tiger paw for Moon I thought a yellow and blue panther paw would be an appropriate representation for Pitt.
To get in the mood while making these I watched Romy and Michele's High School Reunion, one of my favorite movies from high school. I can't believe I graduated 15 years ago! Ridiculous. I don't know if my class is having a reunion this year or not. I wouldn't go anyway, given that I already know all I need to about my fellow graduates from Facebook stalking. Plus, for the most part I'm in contact with the few people I really interacted with. (I'd explain now how I actually had a lot of friends who went to other schools, but that seems akin to insisting I have a boyfriend who you can't meet because he lives in Canada. Really, it's true!)
